The more your invest in your education, the more likely you are to earn an increase in salary. In October 2009, the Bureau of Labor Statistics said that full-time workers age 25 and over who finished high school had weekly median earnings of $621. Individuals with a bachelor's earned $1,145 each week and some professionals with a master's degree or higher made up to $3,260. ThomasNet News recently reported the stigma attached to online education is fading, and that many companies now view online school grads as having a legitimate diploma. Online education grew 13 percent in 2008, and this could be proof that degrees earned through an online schools are leading students to solid careers.
